Refunds
All services & purchased packages are non-refundable, but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.
The service must be a mistake from the service provider… not something you might have changed your mind – after the service has been performed. In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 48 hours to contact us to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date.
It is important you contact us as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you as soon as possible for a corrective service.
Packaged deals are non-refundable, but may be exchanged for something at equal value.
Cancellation policy terms are non-negotiable.
We ask you to realize that when you forget your appointment or fail to cancel with enough notice in advance, we miss out on an opportunity to fill that time slot, and our standby clients miss the chance to receive our services.
Since we realize that it is easy to forget an appointment made months in advance, all our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation fees will apply and we will require you to provide your credit card information.
1) Less than 24 hours notice will result in a fee of 100% of the reserved service price.
2) “No show” will likewise be charged 100% of the booked service price.
3) More than 15 minutes late will result in a late fee of $50 or the forfeiture of Groupon and possible cancellation of your appointment.
The purpose of this cancellation policy is to enable us to inform our standby clients of any availability, keep our schedule filled, thus providing better service for each one of our established and future clients.
